Australian Apartment of the Year 2019

 

This luxury apartment was awarded the 2019 Australian Apartment of the Year at the HIA National Awards. The judges said "This project is an absolute standout!"

The apartment complex features five full-floor residences and one multi-level residence with swimming pool. Designed and built with incredible attention to detail by Giorgi Architects & Builders, the apartments capture stunning views of the city skyline and nearby Kings Park. The judges said "The quality is exceptional throughout all aspects of the build. In truth it was almost impossible to find fault. All areas have received the same, amazing level of detail".

The apartments incorporate large amounts of beautiful timber lining, which was supplied by Cedar West. The timber lining used on this project is Flutestyle SS40 (square-edged 40mm), which is constructed from solid Western Red Cedar and features an exclusive clip system.
