This beautiful home in Nedlands overlooks the Swan River, with panoramic views of the water. The building has been designed to frame the views and features large windows and multi-stacking timber doors that open up to a stunning alfresco area.

Architectural Attadale Home
The clean, contemporary lines of this Attadale home are enhanced by the beautiful timber joinery. The home features a large Mighton cedar pivot door, with numerous sliding timber doors with louvre windows above. Grandstyle lining is also used to provide timber hilights inside the building. Most of the external timber has been finished with Cutek oil with Grey Mist Colourtone, which creates a soft, silvery grey tone. The project was built by Mosman Bay Construction, with timber joinery and mouldings by Cedar West.

This Hamptons-style home combines old-world charm with a relaxed country feel. The beautiful customised windows and doors have been painted white to create an elegant, timeless look. The builder for this project was Oswald Homes. The judges said "Throughout this luxurious home the harmonious blend of a wide range of materials and finishes is showcased by the quality workmanship evident."
