This lovely Federation property in Sydney's east has been beautifully restored and renovated to create a stunning, light-filled family home. 

An old, impractical attic made way for a second-storey extension, adding much-needed space for the family. The updated layout now incorporates a media room, butler's pantry, additional bedrooms, bathrooms and a study. The architect for this project was Joanna Lukaszewicz, with interiors by Sally Rhys Jones and construction by Virtue Projects.

* Timber entry door set with a Carriage door (customised) and toplite and sidelite windows
* Andover doors (with custom glazing bars) and matching fixed windows
* Casement windows (with custom glazing bars)
