The project was designed by John Lewis Architects and built by AMG Home Builders, with custom timber doors and windows by Cedar West.

* Bond solid timber entry door with cricket bats
* Andover doors (some with custom timber glazing bars) 
* Fixed windows for the dormers
* Large fixed windows looking out into the courtyard
* Louvre windows for airflow
* Turret louvres (used on the gatehouse, entry porch and cabana)
