Bellevue Hill House

Originally built in 1915, this gorgeous Arts & Crafts residence has been revitalised with a carefully curated renovation and extension.

The updated design showcases the style of interior designer Anna Spiro, and is a vibrant and colourful reimagination, with a hint of Mediterranean charm. The architect for this project was Powell & Glenn, with construction by JRFS.

Cedar West supplied the new timber joinery for this unique home, including:

• Kent doors, customised with flat panels, square-edged profile and glazing bars. Custom arched windows are featured above some of these doors.
• Custom-made timber doors, including curve-topped doors and flat-panel doors.
• Double-hung windows with elegant timber glazing bars.
• Casement windows with custom glazing bars and hardware.
• External timber shutters and screens.

All of the external joinery incorporates double-glazing for thermal and acoustic performance.
