The experience was so easy. They matched the new window to the old ones, but it has the wonderful 'tilt and remove' feature. Great quality. The team were incredibly helpful at all steps of the process, especially the delivery to an awkward location.

Absolutely love the pivot entry door (Sutton door) and the internal sliding doors!!! I wish I could post photos. Great detail and the pivot mechanism was done so well it requires the slightest push to close. Peter was also extremely helpful in making delivery during a busy time of the year.

Cedar West were reasonably priced, they adhered to the timing they promised and the window was incredibly well packaged for the trip to country NSW. Overall I am incredibly happy with both the window itself and the process of dealing with Cedar West.
