Get the contemporary "hit-and-miss" batten look in one easy step with Widestyle solid timber lining.  
 
Widestyle lining is made from beautiful Western Red Cedar and is available in two different profile sizes, with either a natural timber shadowline or a black shadowline.

Widestyle with black shadowline looks remarkably like "hit-and-miss" timber battens, but is much easier to install. With Widestyle, there's no need to attach a separate black backing board then fix dozens of individual battens. Instead, Widestyle lining can be fitted in just one step - simply secret-nail the Widestyle boards directly onto a suitable surface. Easy!

Widestyle Size: (1.95 MB)

 135mm x 27mm cover.
 Milled from genuine Western Red Cedar and available in 300mm increments up to a maximum of 6000mm.
 Supplied as individual tongue-and-groove boards (secret fixing).
 All profiles have a 10mm wide negative (shadowline) detail.
 Available with natural shadowline (raw timber) or black shadowline (factory-painted black primer).
 Widestyle lining requires painting, staining or sealing (including shadowline groove).
 Recommended sealers for this product: 
     (1) Natural shadowline - Sikkens (internal/external) or Intergrain UltraClear (internal/external) or Cutek (external only);
     (2) Black shadowline - Intergrain UltraClear (internal/external) or Intergrain UltraClear (internal/external).
 End butt joints must be joined over a ceiling joist or have a glued backing block to hold secure.
 May be used internally or externally.
 Suitable for both vertical and horizontal applications.
