Satinstyle prefinished cedar lining is tinted to create a richer appearance and more uniform colour. The lining is factory prefinished in satin lacquer for a beautiful lustre that brings out the natural warmth of the timber.
Satinstyle's unique tinting process provides a more consistent and refined colour range, but still allows the warm characteristics of the timber to shine. Colour variations remain visible, which creates a beautiful, natural look.
The lining is milled from genuine solid cedar and factory prefinished with a UV-cured, satin-finished polyurethane for convenience and durability. Satinstyle has a V-joint profile and can be secret-fixed to timber battens with adhesive and stainless brads.
This product is 86mm x 9mm.
Our prefinished cedar lining is ideal for use on alfresco and patio ceilings, balconies, interior walls and any other applications that are not exposed to direct weather or reflective UV rays.
Prefinished lining is supplied wrapped in plastic for protection during transport. Your project can be finished off with a range of matching prefinished trims available from Cedar West.
86 x 9mm cover. Milled from genuine Western Red Cedar and available in 300mm increments up to a maximum length of 6000mm. Popular V-joint profile.
Unique tinted finish for enhanced richness and a more uniform colour. Please note that natural colour variation will still be visible. Prefinished for no mess and no extra costs. Both sides are prefinished with clear satin-finished, UV cured polyurethane. This product is square-end docked. Rich variation & warmth of real timber (not stained imitation wood). Kiln-dried for optimum stability. Secret-fix to battens with adhesive and 25mm stainless steel brads at maximum 450mm centres. End butt joints must be joined over a ceiling joist or have a glued backing block to hold secure. May be used internally or externally.
Not suitable for areas exposed to direct weather such as sun, rain or salt. Also not suitable for areas with high UV reflection, such as applications near swimming pools, ponds or within 1km of coast. Wrapped in plastic for protection during transport and handling. Matching prefinished corner beads and trim products. Large stock available.
