Cedar West offers an extensive range of timber pivot doors in Perth and Sydney that can be customised to suit your requirements. Our front pivot doors, are available as single or double pivot doors and in large sizes up to 3m high x 1.8m wide, perfect for front doors that leave a lasting impression. We also offer internal pivot doors to enhance your home’s interior.
All of our wooden pivot doors use a strong, commercial grade pivot mechanisms for durability and reliability. The modern pivot mechanism is top-mounted or concealed in the door to create a streamlined appearance*. This provides a sleek, elegant threshold that is suitable for either a solid timber sill or contemporary flow-through threshold.

Cedar West pivot doors are easy to use and feature a soft-close function, along with adjustable speed control for safety. Our pivot doors can also be held open at 90 degrees to create a wide, generous entrance. With these features, our front & internal pivot doors elevate internal and external areas through sophistication and function.

Our pivot doors are precision machined in Australia from 100% solid timber. Custom-made pivot doors to suit your size requirements, with custom designs and frame configurations available. We can incorporate most Cedar West door designs. Large pivot doors are built to a maximum size of 3000mm (h) x 1800mm (w) for each door leaf. Suited to single and double pivot door openings. Doors open inward as standard. Complete with a commercial grade, head-mounted pivot mechanism that has adjustable soft-close and 90 degree hold-open functions included as standard. Easily removed for painting and maintenance. Available with a range of quality pull handles and locking mechanisms. Available with electric strikes (codepad and wiring by builder). All our pivot doors are available in raw timber and a white or grey factory primer. Designed with a pivot point 1100mm from the edge of the door as standard (alternatives are available). Built with a minimum 140mm wide frame as required for the head-mounted mechanism. Note, there is an optional floor-mounted pivot mechanism available. Built with a standard hardwood timber threshold or optional recessed/flush threshold. Provided with customised sidelites and toplites together with standard or semi-frameless glazing. Complete with brush weatherseals to the top and bottom of the door, plus Aqua 21 vertical seals to the sides for a positive seal.
Not suitable for applications that are directly exposed to weather. Pivot doors are not AS2047 compliant. Not compatible with flydoor systems or screens (retractable screens may be fitted in some cases).
